Policies
Cancellations
Cancel 48 hours or more before your trip for a full refund. Later cancellations receive credit toward a future trip.
Weather
We cancel for storms, lightning, or high wind and offer a new date or full refund.
Safety and waivers
All participants sign a waiver before the trip. Guides may turn a group around if conditions become unsafe.
